Move-In Information

We ask that all applicants 18 years and over complete our resident application. There is a non-refundable fee of $40.00 per applicant. This fee covers the expense of performing a credit and criminal background check. This is done to protect each and every resident and future resident of Stone Haven Community.

Our current standard lot rental fee is $425.00 Security Deposits are $425.00. This applies to both single-wide and double-wide lots. Pets are welcome and must be approved.  We allow only 2 pets per household with a $50.00 one time fee for each pet.  We maintain the grounds and assign an 8x10 storage unit for each lot.

If you wish to move your NEW mobile home to our community, you are responsible to follow our park Guidelines and Rules and contractors must be licensed with the City of Bryan for set up. You are responsible for the following:

• Applying for City permits

• Electrical and plumbing hookups

• A/C disconnect box (A/C equipment not included); dealer should perform A/C hookups

• 8'x10' front and 4'x5' rear treated wood decks (roofs allowed with approval)-We expect above City expectations.

• Hardi plank skirting from Callaway Lumber; caulked and painted Lowe's Bryan - Stone Haven Gray - code provided

• Landscape with long white border stone and white crushed rock like others in the park​

• Black chain link fence allowed - call for vendor contact information
